The temperature probes allow the battery temperature to be monitored and to terminate charging at a specific temperature or dT/dt. The temperature is logged for further analysis.
The probes work for temperatures between 0 and 100 degrees Celsius. The Temperature Probes include the connector on the back of your UBA which is installed when you order the probes with your UBA5. Additional temperature probes can be ordered. You must have a UBA5 fitted with the connector for the Temperature probes. The standard UBA5 does not have this connector fitted.
