Nickel Metal Hydride Button Cell Battery Packs

Varta nickel metal hydride button cells can be assembled in various ways with an assortment of terminals available. On this page our step by step guide to creating an assembly to suit your application or to replace an existing battery.

NiMH Button cell assemblies

Select the cell type, number of cells & assembly layout you require.

For example you may wish to use cell type V250H in a column of 3 cells

The part number is 3/V250H. Alternatively you may require a battery using the same cells but in 3 columns of 4 cells. The part number is 3x4/V250H. Once you’ve decided your battery pack configuration proceed to the terminations below to select the termination required.

The NiMH button cells can be assembled in many configurations. If you have difficulty naming the assembly you require email or fax a picture or hand drawing of what you require or alternatively send us your sample. One of our sales staff will contact you with the information you require.
 


NiMH Button cell terminations

NiMH button cell batteries may be terminated in various forms for surface or through whole printed circuit board (PCB) mounting. Select the termination you require and add it to the end of the part number generated from the assembly layout required. For example you require a 5/V150H with strip tags the part number is exactly that:

5/V150H with strip tags.

Alternatively a 3/V80H with a double PCB pin 8mm wide on the positive terminal and a single PCB pin on the negative terminal the part number is:

3/V80H-PCB D+8mm S-
