MI Sydney HQ is Moving

Master Instruments is leaving its Marrickville home of nearly 60 years to move into a much larger premises in Milperra Sydney.

The new premises located at 13 Sheridan Close, Milperra, will house all departments under the one roof and provide a seamless flow of products into and out of our warehouses and production areas. Closer collaboration between sales, production and engineering teams will also provide improved efficiencies to further benefit our customers.

The new 5,456 square metre premises will feature state of the art phone and internet capabilities, industry leading facilities such as electrostatic discharge flooring in production areas, power efficient lighting and is located closer to our freight carrier depots for faster dispatch of goods.

But the move still has to happen and the task is HUGE! As such, we will need to close for a few days.

This information is aimed at providing you with advanced notice so you can prepare for our short closure.

Master Instruments Sydney Head Office will be closed on the Thursday 30th and Friday 31st of March 2017 trading days.
We will be re-opening for business as usual on Monday 3rd April 2017.

This means final dispatch of goods from our Sydney HQ will occur on Wednesday 29th March, and will not recommence until Monday 3rd April.

Our MI Link eCommerce portal will still be online for product search and identification purposes but due to the physical relocation of our computer servers, all transactional and payment functions will be unavailable. This includes Pricing, Live stock levels, Purchase history, Order placement and check-out facilities and account payment functions.

Melbourne and Perth Offices will be open for business as usual on the Thursday and Friday and can be contacted for any of the above functions should you require. Obviously they will be closed over the weekend.

Please consider the above dates to ensure you have your required stock prior to the scheduled closure.

We will be all hands on deck during the move and will be working well into each night to ensure the move happens efficiently and we are able to hit the ground running come Monday 3rd of April.
