Power Delivery is a multi-voltage and multi current output, progressively being introduced to Type-C connector interface products and is the fast charge protocol compatible with both phones and laptops. All PD chargers are backwards compatible and will revert back to 5V only output when older devices are connected. Devices will only accept their maximum capable current even if the charger output is higher.

The USB Type-C output is capable of delivering 45Watts - enough to charge many of the newer laptops available today!

Both outputs feature Quick Charge 3.0 technology, meaning you can now charge a compatible smartphone battery from 0%-80% capacity in as little as 35 minutes. iPhones & iPads still benefit from a faster charge than from a conventional charger.
