Master Instruments are proud to announce we have officially been appointed Australian Victron Self Repair Agents

Victron Authorised Self Repair Agents are chosen from the Victron distribution network for their Technical Diagnosis & Repair capabilities and are required to have qualified in-house technicians capable of repairing Victron products at circuit board level.

On Thursday 27/05/2021 Master Instruments hosted Margreet Leeftink, Victron’s Technical Writer and Trainer at our Milperra Head Office. Margreet was on hand to ensure that MI’s Engineering team met the requirements necessary to diagnose & repair all Victron Energy products the company supplies to its customer network.

As a Self-Repair Agency, Master Instruments has the autonomy to make any warranty or repair decisions to ensure minimal disruption to our customers for products purchased through our distribution network.

And to further reduce delays in the logistics and assessment process, we are formulating Self Diagnosis guides. These are basic initial tests that you can perform to enable us to make informed decisions and possibly even approve warranty claims instantly. Stand-by for an update on this!

This addition of “Self-Repair Agency” status further enhances Master Instruments as a Premium supplier in the Victron Energy channel with industry leading multi-levels of support, from pre-sale technical advice right through to warranty and repairs.
