Victron Energy BlueSolar MPPT150/35A
BlueSolar 12V/24V/36V/48V 35A Solar Charge Controller MPPT Type SCC020035000
BlueSolar Charge Controllers MPPT 150/35
- 12V/24/V/36V/48V auto select battery voltage *software tool required for 36V
- 35A rated charge current
- 500W @12V, 1000W @24V, 1500W @36V, 2000W @48V maximum PV power
- Automatic load disconnect
- 98% peak efficiency
- Reverse polarity (fuse) protection, output short circuit protection and over temperature protection
Ultrafast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)
Especially in case of a clouded sky, when light intensity is changing continuously, an ultra-fast MPPT controller will improve energy harvest by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.
Advanced Maximum Power Point Detection in case of partial shading conditions
If partial shading occurs, two or more maximum power points may be present on the power-voltage curve.
Conventional MPPTs tend to lock to a local MPP, which may not be the optimum MPP.
The innovative BlueSolar algorithm will always maximize energy harvest by locking to the optimum MPP.
Outstanding conversion efficiency
No cooling fan. Maximum efficiency exceeds 98%.
The full output current up to 40°C (104°F).
Flexible charge algorithm
Fully programmable charge algorithm (see the software page on our website), and eight pre-programmed algorithms, selectable with a rotary switch (see manual for details).
Extensive electronic protection
Over-temperature protection and power derating when temperature is high.
PV short circuit and PV reverse polarity protection.
PV reverse current protection.
Internal temperature sensor
Compensates absorption and float charge voltage for temperature.

INSTALLATION TO AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS REQUIRED
Please Note: Under the Australian Standards, a Licenced Electrician must install any electrical equipment that normally operates at a voltage greater than extra low voltage (ELV), that is, 50V AC or 120V ripple free DC in an electrical installation or is classified as DVC-B or DVC-C.
Multi Chemistry Profiles Installed
All Victron MPPT's come standard with charge profiles for multiple chemistries, including Lithium, Lead and GEL, as well as the ability to program user defined profiles.
The default setting for Victron Energy MPPT's is for Lead batteries, but charge profiles can be easily changed using the VictronConnect App. This BlueSolar MPPT will require a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle, or a VE.Direct to USB Interface to access the VictronConnect App.

The product has a rotary switch that can be used to select eight pre-programmed battery charge algorithms
The factory default setting is No.2 for AGM batteries. For most LiFePO4 batteries, No.7 is the preferred setting.
Turning the rotary switch will override the charge settings including settings that were made with the VictronConnect app or with the display. Likewise, if charge settings are changed with the Victron Connect app or the display, this will override the rotary switch setting.
