IP65/67 Water and Dust Resistant
Ensure peace of mind during your next fishing or water sports adventure. The Elite series is tested to both IP65 & IP67, providing protection against dust and offers significant protection against water splashes and sprays, making them suitable for nearly any application.

Intelligent BMS
Worry less about your battery with the smart battery management system, which offers protection against short circuit, over/under voltage and over/under temperature fluctuations. When multiple modules are used in a system, the self-balancing function also keep all batteries working together to extended service life.
Fire Protection
VoltGo batteries lead the way in safety with their UL94 V-0 rated flame retardent cases, and in-built aerosol fire suppression system as the last line of defence to ensure safe operation and swift fault mitigation.
Easy System Integration
The top mounted panel features an ON/OFF switch, state of charge indicator, alarm and function LEDs. The 2 CAN/RS485 Comms ports integrate your VoltGo batteries into existing control/monitoring systems, via a Victron Energy GX device, to give full visibility and tracking.

Easy System Expansion
This VoltGo 2560 & 5120 model Lithium Iron Phosphate battery can be connected in up to 16 in parallel (16P) - NO SERIES Connection allowed. The VLRV1280A is capable of up to 4P or 4S.
Superior Construction Quality
The simple maintenance free design neatly houses a prismatic battery construction, Bluetooth capable BMS within the IP65 rated and impact resistant rugged ABS casing. The detachable lid allows for battery servicing / repair should the need arise*.

VoltGo's extremely popular Elite series lithium batteries are truly a step forward in battery safety and performance.
Part of the already comprehensive risk management strategy of the VoltGo Elite series batteries, is the inclusion of an innovative aerosol fire suppression system.
What
Each VoltGo lithium battery features 2 x S-Type hot aerosol fire extinguishing devices located in the battery lid* - directly above the battery assembly.
(*VLRV1280A only features 1 unit due to its smaller case size)
This product is small in volume, requires no pressure storage or need to lay pipe network or maintenance, provides efficient & rapid fire extinguishing, is non-toxic and harmless and is especially suited for battery rooms, engine rooms, battery box and other places with relatively closed conditions. Each unit has a temperature probe to activate at the specified range.
Why
With the advanced safety features already found in the VoltGo Elite series, such as the intelligent BMS and fire retardent casing, the aerosol fire suppression system offers a further and final line of defence against battery faults that could cause fires - just like how aeroplanes have life jackets available in the unlikely event of it coming down in the sea.
At this stage, there is no legislation in Australia that requires lithium batteries to have fire suppression, but things may change in the future.
