Mating cable for Ultralife UBI-2590

If you already own a 12VDC input power supply & want to be able to use the power supply on a commercial aircraft this device adapts the car plug on your supply to the adaptor required to plug into the passenger's armrest power outlet.

The adaptor is ideal for running and charging your notebook computer or powering any other 12 volt appliance permitted on-board. Overall length 350mm, cable length 220mm.

6-Way Individually Switched Power Outlet with Mains Filter and Telephone Line Protection. This filter features recessed mains safety sockets that are suited to plug pack adaptors. Each socket is spaced apart so that plug packs can be used in every socket if required. When a standard power board is mounted vertically, plug packs can sometimes work themselves free over time. The recessed sockets on this board prevent that from happening and from making potentially dangerous contact due to partially exposed mains connectors. The board also features telephone line filtering for modems/faxes and separate LED surge and power indicators. Each mains socket is individually switched with illuminated rocker switches. The mains filter includes overload protection as well as a circuit breaker.

Simply connect your plug pack adaptor into this handy in-line switch to provided quick and easy on/off control. Much easier than unplugging the connector or reaching for the power point when you want to switch your device on or off. Fitted with 2.1mm DC plug & socket and rated at 24VDC at 2 amps.
