The Enepower Design-In battery range has been formulated to provide a starting point for product developers to incorporate a battery solution for evaluation and prototyping purposes.

These Enepower examples feature standard cells, standard protection circuit modules, commonly used connectors & soft or rigid housings, designed to be used to gauge battery requirements in performance, run-time, physical size and similar usage factors. Once your requirements are identified, these packs can be refined and elaborated to meet those specific criteria.

The current Enepower Design-In ranges include:

So where to start?

Voltage

Different Chemistries have different nominal voltages which can be increased in series configurations. Once you know you required voltage, narrowing down the chemistry is quite simple.

  • Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) 1.2 Volts per cell
  • Lead Acid, Incl. Gel (SLA) 2.0 Volts per cell
  • Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) 3.2 Volts per cell
  • Lithium Ion (LiIon) 3.6/3.7/3.8/3.85/3.9 Volts per cell.

Hard or Soft Packs?

With options for both, the Enepower range is capable of providing solution for internal device usage, Hard shell or encased solutions (including IP rated casings) for external usage.

Enepower also has a range of battery assembly components such as spacers and frames, battery mounts, washers, terminals, solder tags and so much more.
