Master Instruments respects and upholds the rights of its customers & site visitors to privacy.

Master Instruments will receive certain personal and company information from you and may request information to help us fulfil your orders and better service your needs.

Master Instruments undertakes not to sell, rent or trade this information.

Customers and members have the right to update any incorrect contact details and we encourage you to do so.

Master Instruments relies on third party suppliers or agents to conduct activities such as fulfilment and delivery of your orders, printing, mail-outs, and payments processing. Information will only be disclosed to other service providers to the extent necessary to enable them to undertake their contracted roles.

Master Instruments may disclose private customer or visitor information when Master Instruments is required to do so by law or when the member specifically consents in writing to the use or disclosure.

Credit Information

Personal credit information that you provide will be only used in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Commonwealth Privacy Act, 1988.

128 bit encryption software and other security measures are used to prevent unauthorised access to credit card information. If you know or suspect that your credit card number has been used fraudulently after placing an order with us please contact us as soon as possible.

Master Instruments may use your e-mail address to advise you of any changes to our service or, from time to time, to send you marketing communications. If we send you an e-mail for a marketing purpose, we will give you the option of not receiving further communications of this nature.

A fee for reasonable costs incurred may be charged in responding to these requests. We will make this fee known to you before it is incurred.
