943-0010 85V 25A Delta-Q ICL1500 Series 1500 Watt IP66 Lithium Specific Battery Charger with CANBus
This Delta-Q ICL1500 series is a 85V 25A (1500W) Lithium-specific battery charger for industrial and motive applications.
Designed to optimally charge lithium battery systems with any chemistry (e.g. LCO, NCA, NMC, LMO, LFP, LTO). 14-24 cells in series
CAN bus communication, with the battery management system (BMS), ensures seamless machine integration to grant original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) wide flexibility in their design and deployment.
Designed for Reliability:
IP66 rated, rugged sealed aluminium die-cast enclosure protects against vibration, shock, dirt, chemicals, and fluids. The ICL Series chargers are tested to IEC60068-2-5 and GMW3172 moisture, salt, shock and vibration standards.
Lithium Safety:
Custom lithium algorithms provide the first line of safety for lithium battery charging and battery packs and BMS are tested and validated by experts in Delta-Q’s state-of-the-art battery lab.
Precise Charging:
The ICL Series can safely charge lithium battery chemistries, of 9S to 34S pack configurations (14-24 cells for this ICL1500/85V version), through specifically designed algorithms, or via battery management system-controlled charging processes for chargers with communication capability (e.g. CAN bus).
Easy to integrate:
UNECE R10 and voltage touch-safe compliant, the ICL Series provides original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with flexibility in design and deployment.
Scalability:
Stack up to six chargers to deliver up to 7.5 kW of power, offering OEMs flexibility to offer different charger power options and mounting flexibility allows for easy integration in compact vehicles
