Compatibility Statements for Federal & State Rebate Schemes

It is important to note the Noark Compliance statements are subject to change due to Federal & State rebate schemes undergoing continual changes, cancellations & oversubscriptions.
It is crucial for installers, solar retailers, and our dealers to conduct their own due diligence regarding the current status and specific criteria of individual State schemes.

For inverters to be eligible under National federal schemes, two key requirements are paramount:

  1. CEC Approval & AS/NZS 4777.2:2020 Amd 2:2024 Compliance: Noark  inverters are CEC approved and have been updated to comply with the latest AS/NZS 4777.2:2020 Amd 2:2024 standards.
  2. VPP Capability: This is increasingly becoming an important requirement for Federal battery rebates. While VPP participation itself remains optional, Noark's new myNoark+ addresses this by utilising the AMBER (VPP) API with the NOARK Intelligence algorithm to control the inverter protocol. Alternatively, customers can leverage this capability through Noark gateway partner, ZECO Marshall (an external entity), or by manually controlling the inverter protocol based on wholesale electricity pricing.
