Headway LiFePO4 cells are now available from MI Battery Engineering

When your battery design needs more than just energy density, cell selection is the decision that determines everything downstream, thermal margin, pack life, and how easily the thing actually gets built.

We've expanded our range with Headway cylindrical LiFePO4 cells: high discharge capability, long cycle life (2,000 – 3000 + cycles across the range), and mechanical terminals built for real pack assembly — not just lab testing.

HW38120HP 3.2V 8Ah Ultra-high-rate cell (up to 120A continuous)

HW38120S 3.2V 10Ah High-rate cell (up to 30A continuous)

HW40146L 3.2V 20Ah High-Capacity cell

HW40152S 3.2V 17Ah High-Rate cell (up to 119A continuous)

HWF40160HC 3.2V 25Ah High-Capacity cell

The 38120HP, 38120S & 40152S feature M6 threaded terminals, so cells can be joined with busbars — no welding required. That's a real advantage for prototype runs, low-volume builds, and anything that needs to be serviceable rather than sealed for life.
