Noark have upgraded the myNoark Platform to myNoark +
The myNoark+ Platform & myNoark+ App is Noark’s all-in-one solution for managing photovoltaic systems with ease and precision.
It centres on remote monitoring of energy production, detailed analytics, real-time alarm/notification, and remote control/operation.
With myNoark+, you can:
- Do “site management” — create sites (by entering inverter serial number / dongle keys, address, commissioning date, etc.)
- Add multiple devices to a site, view real-time and historical data per device, check battery status/history,
- View event logs (errors/alarms),
- Manage battery, inverter, dongle lists.
PLEASE NOTE: The older My Noark Platform, whilst still active, is no longer being supported. The My Noark+ Platform is the preferred platform for ongoing technical support
Upgrade:
For customers who have had a NOARK Inverter installed and set up under the old/original myNoark platform, and who wish to upgrade to the new myNoark+ platform (including the APP), you can submit a request via the Noark UpGrade Form.
Noark Australia will then send out the latest dongle which is required to work with the myNOARK+ Platform
